Marketplace payouts:

Thunes Collections allows marketplace to execute payouts:

• From the back office (one shot payout or recurrent payouts with a user-defined frequency)
• Via WS (soon).

Vendors payouts:

Thunes collections also allows your Vendors to execute payouts:

• On their own from the back office, with the user account created for them, with Vendor privileges.
• Your vendors can also request payout by emailing this address: [email protected]

Be careful not to empty your Thunes account!

If the marketplace, or one of its vendors, leaves their Payment Account without any provision, the refund and chargeback processes may be impacted. If this situation occurs, Thunes Collections will apply penalty charges for every unsuccessful debit attempt. So be aware !
