We are all excited to finalize our 2019 projects, so please find a quick overview of what have evolved since the end of summer holidays !

DISPLAY LIMONETIK TRANSACTIONS IN YOUR OWN BACK-OFFICE !

Incorporate our transactions data, in real-time, directly in your own merchant back-office.

A new notification system on Limonetik transactions has been created. As soon as an action is done on the transactions, you are notified. Each notification contains information on the transaction and on the action.

NEW LIMONETIK BACK-OFFICE FOR A BETTER WORKING DAY

All payment & account management features are now implemented on the new Back-office Limonetik. It was designed specifically to clarify and modernize your day-to-day payment monitoring.

This Back Office version will replace the previous one officially the 30th of January 2020

YOUR SAFETY IMPROVES: NEW IDENTITY MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

We have launched one new, unique interface to manage your login, profile, rights and password options. This is the only interface for the administrator to manage user rights for all your Limonetik connected tools.

New security rules has also been released:

  • Passwords will now have to be highly complex
  • Passwords will expire every 90 days
  • Validation system of email address

BE EVEN MORE PROTECTED WITH THE DOUBLE AUTHENTICATION

2FA (Two-factor authentication) is now set up for all your Limonetik account administered. Any user could already activate it for his account.

Two-factor authentication is a security process that provides two modes of identification.

  • The first identification mode is a password set by the user.
  • The second identification mode is a code generated by an application on an Android, iOS or Windows Phone device.

To enable dual authentication, you need a mobile device. Links to the recommended applications will be provided during the configuration procedure.

INCREASE SALES CONVERSION RATE WITH AVAILABLE BALANCE OF PREPAID PAYMENT METHODS

Available balance of the prepaid payment methods now can be used in your payment UX.

We give you 2 ideas:

  • Determine if an additional payment will be required using the available balance on a meal voucher for a given day
  • Display on the payment page the consumer's available balance on his wallet

To do so, Limonetik have created a new API call :PaymentMethod/Balance: that enables to recover in real time the balance of a customer on a given payment method

Other minor updates and adjustments have been made to the current version of BackOffice and to the core business in order to ease and optimise your Limonetik journey !

Limonetik improved the customer meal journey for ones of our key partners PassRestaurant and Conecs:

  • You can now redirect the user to a dedicated page to process payments
  • The payment is now server-to-server only, it means you can customize the payment experience as you want
  • Limonetik can enroll the user's card
